The town Ceská Lípa is located in the foothills of the Lusatian Mountains on the banks of the river Ploucnice. This region is a combination of natural romance and magic of preserved monuments. The town with beautiful conservation area is also a crossroad to the Mácha Lake or Holand Ponds. The Water Castle Lipý was opened in 2003, and the Textile Printing Centre opening followed in 2011. Cultural events are represented by the traditional Town Feast or the Lípa Musica Festival.
