House of Art One of the most beautiful Renaissance palaces in the centre of Znojmo. In addition to seasonal, mainly artistic exhibitions, the old church art of Znojmo, the medal work of Jan Tomas Fischer, and coins and medals of the countries of the Czech Crown are permanently presented here.

Znojmo Castle Today, the Baroque castle built on the site of the original Přemysl castle fortress reminds us the life of the lords and subjects.

The Ruin of the Castle Cornštejn The ruins of the castle are located on the rocky neck of the double meander of the Dyje River. Cornštejn was founded by the Bítov family from Lichtenburg in the 1420s. In addition to architectural and historical attractions, it offers to the visitors breathtaking views of the valley of the Vranovská Reservoir. Fencing performances take place here during the season.

Monument to Prokop Diviš The monument is a symbolic reminder of the life and work of the Premonstratensian order brother, researcher in the fi eld of electricity and inventor of the lightning conductor, Prokop Diviš.

Minorite Monastery Originally a double monastery of Minorities and Poor Clares U Matky Boží in the forecourt of Znojmo Castle was founded in 1271 by Přemysl Otakar II. Today, you can fi nd permanent exhibitions and short-time exhibitions here.

Rotunda of St. Catherine The only fully preserved monument of the Romanesque princely castle in Znojmo, built during the reign of the Moravian prince Konrad I. and his son Litold at the end of the 11th century. The preserved frescoes next to scenes from the life of the Virgin Mary depict a gallery of Přemysl Oráč. Entry depending on climatic conditions.
